4 brick foils (should be standard, otherwise round, 40cm diameter)
1/2 mango
20g butter-salted
1 cluster black locust flower
10 cl black locust flower syrup
cut mango at brunoise size
cut brick foils in half, and then again in three straight slices the outward small slice will not be used.
Stuff and roll each samosa with one teaspoon of mango and one or two flowers.
melt the butter and grease the samosa on each side
bake 15 minutes a 180 °C
serve warm with a cup of black locust flower syrup
