This version, however, is much more refined.<\/p>\n<p>Great as appetizers, side dishes, or even a light vegetarian meal if you go heavy on the pistachios.<\/p>\n<p>(Yes, because pumpkin flesh isn\u2019t exactly famous for its protein content, and two spoonfuls of cream won\u2019t change that.)<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients for a Dozen Samosas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>6 sheets of brick pastry<\/li>\n<li>300g pumpkin flesh<\/li>\n<li>40g shelled pistachios<\/li>\n<li>8cl fresh cream<\/li>\n<li>1g powdered saffron<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cut the pumpkin flesh into julienne strips and blanch for 4\u20135 minutes.
