{"id":844,"date":"2023-04-10T19:15:04","date_gmt":"2023-04-10T17:15:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lacuisinedenounours.fr\/?p=844"},"modified":"2023-04-10T19:15:04","modified_gmt":"2023-04-10T17:15:04","slug":"galette-de-sarrasin-au-turbot-version-%ce%b1-0-5","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lacuisinedenounours.fr\/?p=844","title":{"rendered":"Galette de sarrasin au Turbot version \u03b1 0.5"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Je vous le mets quand m\u00eame, parce que la p\u00e2te a galette vegan est plut\u00f4t r\u00e9ussie, sinon, faut avouer, les f\u00e8ves c&rsquo;est pas oblig\u00e9<\/p>\n<p>pour 4 personnes :<\/p>\n<p>pour la pate a galette :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>150g de farine de sarrasin<\/li>\n<li>50g de farine de gruau ou 00<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote><p>ou n&rsquo;importe quoi avec un indice W au del\u00e0 de 270 l&rsquo;id\u00e9e c&rsquo;est que ca tienne<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<ul>\n<li>30cm d&rsquo;algue kombu<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 l d&rsquo;eau<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>pour la garniture :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 filets\u00a0 de Turbot<\/li>\n<li>100 g de f\u00e8ves pr\u00e9cuites et pel\u00e9es<\/li>\n<li>ou 400 de f\u00e8ves enti\u00e8res<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote><p>ou pas, franchement \u00e7a n&rsquo;apporte rien l\u00e0.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<ul>\n<li>300g d&rsquo;onion rose<\/li>\n<li>2 cuillers \u00e0 soupe de vinaigre de chardonnay<\/li>\n<li>2 cuillers \u00e0 soupe de sauce soja<\/li>\n<li>12 tiges de ciboulette<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>on va deja preparer la pate a galettes sans oeuf,<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>sans oeufs&#8230;
