5 h trempage d\u00e9but de cuisson \u00e0 froid,<\/p>\n<p>T &#8211; 1 h crevettes \u00e9caill\u00e9es<\/p>\n<p>T &#8211; 40 minutes tron\u00e7ons de Lotte (blanchi rapidement)<\/p>\n<p>T &#8211; 20 minutes lamelle de Fenouil (blanchi rapidement)<\/p>\n<p>T &#8211;
