Une petite tartelette du Dimanche soir pour aider \u00e0 la transition vers une nouvelle semaine.<\/p>\n<p>Pour 6 tartelettes<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>200g farine<\/li>\n<li>100g beurre<\/li>\n<li>150g c\u00e8pes jeunes frais<\/li>\n<li>150g chair de courge Butternut<\/li>\n<li>120g ch\u00e2taignes fraiches<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 oignon rose<\/li>\n<li>60g Livarot<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>pr\u00e9parer une p\u00e2te bris\u00e9e avec la farine et le beurre et laisser reposer une heure,<\/p>\n<p>pendant ce temps, inciser et r\u00f4tir les ch\u00e2taignes pendant 30 minutes \u00e0 140 \u00b0C<\/p>\n<p>sortir les ch\u00e2taignes, peler, puis r\u00e9server.<\/p>\n<p>foncer 6 moules \u00e0 tartelettes avec la p\u00e2te bris\u00e9e abaiss\u00e9e.
