{"id":694,"date":"2020-11-29T23:29:04","date_gmt":"2020-11-29T22:29:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lacuisinedenounours.fr\/?p=694"},"modified":"2020-11-29T23:29:04","modified_gmt":"2020-11-29T22:29:04","slug":"gratin-de-sandre-et-fenouil","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lacuisinedenounours.fr\/?p=694","title":{"rendered":"Gratin de Sandre et Fenouil"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Le gratin c&rsquo;est un jeu de textures avant d&rsquo;\u00eatre un jeu de go\u00fbts, ici, le croquant du Fenouil contraste avec le fondant du Sandre, le Sandre \u00e9tant un poisson relativement fin, on \u00e9vite de la massacrer avec des fromages forts ou des \u00e9pices marqu\u00e9es, un peu de mozzarelle, quelques graines de coriandre, et notre Sandre est encadr\u00e9 tout en d\u00e9licatesse.<\/p>\n<p>pour deux personne :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 filet de Sandre pel\u00e9, par\u00e9.
