{"id":1245,"date":"2025-04-06T22:24:20","date_gmt":"2025-04-06T20:24:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lacuisinedenounours.fr\/?p=1245"},"modified":"2025-04-06T22:24:20","modified_gmt":"2025-04-06T20:24:20","slug":"salade-de-sebaste-aux-trois-baies","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lacuisinedenounours.fr\/?p=1245","title":{"rendered":"Salade de S\u00e9baste aux trois baies"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>C&rsquo;est le printemps \u00e0 nouveau, rien de tel pour un dimanche soir ensoleill\u00e9 qu&rsquo;une petite salade compos\u00e9e<\/p>\n<p>Pour 2 personnes<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>20 asperges vertes<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 bulbe de fenouil<\/li>\n<li>2 tomates<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00e9chalote rose<\/li>\n<li>1 filet de daurade S\u00e9baste<\/li>\n<li>1 cuiller \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de baies roses<\/li>\n<li>1 cuiller a caf\u00e9 de Coriandre<\/li>\n<li>1 cuiller a caf\u00e9 de poivre du Sichuan<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 citron<\/li>\n<li>un peu d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>d\u00e9couper les asperges en tron\u00e7ons de 4 cm<\/p>\n<p>d\u00e9couper le fenouil en lamelle de 3 mm d&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur<\/p>\n<p>blanchir pendant 2 minutes, passer, puis sauter une minute.<\/p>\n<p>laisser refroidir, puis r\u00e9frig\u00e9rer<\/p>\n<p>si ce n&rsquo;est pas fait, \u00e9cailler et retirer les arr\u00eates de la daurade,<\/p>\n<p>d\u00e9tailler en carr\u00e9s de 2 cm de c\u00f4t\u00e9<\/p>\n<p>dorer les morceaux de daurade a feu fort pendant 2 \u00e0 3 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>dressage : lit de fenouil et asperges m\u00e9lang\u00e9s, ajouter la tomate en quartiers et l&rsquo;\u00e9chalote cisel\u00e9e, puis le poisson.
