{"id":1134,"date":"2022-10-30T19:18:45","date_gmt":"2022-10-30T18:18:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lacuisinedenounours.fr\/?p=1134"},"modified":"2024-12-04T19:20:02","modified_gmt":"2024-12-04T18:20:02","slug":"creamy-red-kuri-squash-soup-with-goat-cheese-and-spicy-black-pudding","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lacuisinedenounours.fr\/?p=1134&lang=en","title":{"rendered":"Creamy Red Kuri Squash Soup with Goat Cheese and spicy black pudding"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Autumn is here ! the real one, meteorological, The kind that that paints the forests with vibrant colors and stirs up a craving for warm soups.<br \/>\nAutumn is squash season, and the possibilities for preparing them are nearly endless.<\/p>\n<h4>Ingredients (1 serving):<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>1 red kuri squash (~1 kg)<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche<\/li>\n<li>1 Caribbean blood sausage<\/li>\n<li>20g dry goat cheese<\/li>\n<li>1\u20132 g finely chopped habanero pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Instructions:<\/p>\n<p>Slice off the top of the squash, dividing it into approximately \u00be and \u00bc sections.<\/p>\n<p>Remove the seeds and scoop out the flesh using a melon baller, being careful not to damage the outer shell.<\/p>\n<p>Simmer the scooped-out flesh in a small amount of water over medium heat for at least 20 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Place the squash shell in the oven and bake for 20 minutes at 150\u00b0C (300\u00b0F) to prepare it for serving.<\/p>\n<p>Add the cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche to the cooked squash flesh without draining, then finely chop the chili pepper and mix it in.
